Fort Phantom is a large Military town located in the Northwestern Zone.
Fort Phantom is one of two military towns in the Northwestern Zone. It was founded in E7-677, during the last year of the Great Military Reform, for housing the then newly-established Phantom Forces. Fort Phantom is home to the Phantom Forces 1st Company (or simply the Phantom 1st).
Like most military towns, the population of Fort Phantom largely consists of humans and halflings, with a tiny minority of youkai.
Despite the relatively remote location, it is one of the largest towns in the Northwestern Zone, featuring a large selection of shops and services, and frequently visited by traders and adventurers.
Local laws
For most crime and law enforcement issues, Fort Phantom follows Standard Law, but as a military town, additional rules are in place:
