Navigation: Main Page Civilized Areas Facilities Duplex villa

A duplex villa (or just villa) is a dual high-income residential unit, separate from regular residential areas, found only in specific towns but reachable through the same vertiports in the residential hub. Duplex villas are the home of certain rich or influential figures in the Mazes.

Duplex villas get their name from their layout; they are actually two large residential units (named East and West), connected together in two points: at the lobby, and via secret backrooms. They also possess their own housekeeping staff, which live in their own, smaller residential unit, forming a cohesive, gated, almost self-sufficient community. One of the housekeeping staff members (typically the leader) is in charge of the lobby, serving as the villa's manager.

Duplex villas are fantastically expensive. It's not known exactly how much each villa is worth, but they are estimated to be worth multiple millions of Parallars.

Locations

The following towns possess a villa:

  • Gimrun: The Paladin's Keep (level -11)
  • Heshbar: Topaz Residence (level -13)
  • Neo Khazrun: Double Diamond Villa (level -21)
