The Danger Deer is a creature of legend, part of the deer family and renowned for their naturally gleaming metallic silver fur, akin to steel or aluminum wool.

Like the Golden Lion, the Danger Deer is primarily known for its legendary resistance to damage. Its body structure is similar to the legendary feline; only the hair comprising this creature's fur are as loose as steel wool. Its flesh comprises multiple layers of a tightly woven material between its flesh and epidermis, the composition of which has been likened to ballistic armor. Underneath the weave are scales of a hard, keratin-like material, providing exceptional ballistic protection. If it wasn't enough similarities, this creature's skeleton is ink-black just like the Golden Lion's - teeth included, but with the notable exception of its antlers.

The other, most striking feature of the Danger Deer are its antlers. Instead of bone, like regular deer, or wood, like the snawfus, the Danger Deer's antlers are solid, sharpened spikes of steel, that appear to grow much like bone, but in much sharper and pointer patterns. These exceptionally sharp antlers also appear to be self-regenerating in much the same ways as bone. The result is a naturally lethal set of weapons that can impale just about anything without armor. It has been said that being struck in the (unprotected) head by a Danger Deer will instantly kill any human being, as the spikes will easily penetrate the skull and cause catastrophic brain damage.

The Danger Deer's hooves are equally as sharp as its antlers, appearing to be made of the same strange, steel-like material as antlers. It is more than happy to use them as a weapon, and many battle-hardened adventurers have reported these hooves are hard enough to scratch concrete.

Danger Deer are extremely dangerous and should never be underestimated. It is capable of resisting all but the most powerful firearms with the best armor-piercing ammunition, and even favorable equipment may require a few shots to take this legendary cervid down once and for all. Even then, be extremely wary, as the Danger Deer is prone to devastating forward charges and feats of high agility, such as dodging and counter-attacking with swift antler strikes.
