"Did you ever ask yourself what would happen if you gave a .45 Colt revolver a longer barrel and a stock? You get the Rossi Circuit Judge, an unbelievably versatile and unique rifle. Although it is a .45 Colt/.410 bore revolver at heart, it is also a rifle, giving you a stock, a long barrel, and even a short optics rail for all of your favorite sighting systems. Don't forget to show it to your local workshop and ask them what they can do to enhance it further! All things considered, this might just be one of the most versatile weapons money can buy in the Mazes."

The Rossi Circuit Judge (also called Circuit Judge) is a .45 Colt conventional rifle with 3 inch chambers.

Maze Customs

This weapon can receive the following minor customization services:

  • Chief Justice
  • Circuit Judge Carbine
  • Combination: Chief Justice Carbine

Chief Justice

This modification replaces the original frame and cylinder with a .454 Casull cylinder and a high-strength frame similar to the Taurus Raging Judge Magnum's, greatly increasing this weapon's versatility.

Cost: Parallar symbol.png500

Modifications:

For more information, see the section below

Circuit Judge Carbine

This package swaps out the original 18.5-inch barrel with a shorter and more maneuverable 12-inch variant, greatly reducing the weapon's bulk and weight.

Cost: Parallar symbol.png200

Modifications:

  • Weapon Class: Becomes Class 2
  • Barrel length: Becomes 9.5 inches.
  • Weight: Becomes 9 units.

Chief Justice Carbine

Combine both modifications to create a terrifying short-barreled carbine with a 5-shot .454 Casull cylinder.

This is a two-step modification from the original weapon, which combines the effects of the Chief Justice and Circuit Judge Carbine conversions.

Cost: Parallar symbol.png700

Modifications:

  • Weapon Class: Becomes Class 2
  • Caliber: Becomes .454 Casull (3 inch chambers).
  • Barrel length: Becomes 9.5 inches.
  • Weight: Becomes 9 units.

Other information

  • The Circuit Judge is equipped with 3 inch chambers, allowing it to also accept .410 bore ammunition. However, when loaded with .410 bore ammunition, an FT+1 malus is automatically applied due to certain limitations:
    • Projectiles from multi-projectile .410 shells (buckshot, flechette...) will spread wider, as they are fired from a rifled barrel, therefore making them less accurate than a smoothbore.
    • .410 slugs do not engage the rifling of this weapon, instead relying entirely on the shot cup for spin stabilization; therefore making them less accurate than a "proper" bullet.

Information specific to the Chief Justice and Chief Justice Carbine

With all options combined (listed below), the Chief Justice and Chief Justice Carbine are capable of accepting up to 5 different calibers, though with certain limitations.

  • Despite being a .454 Casull conventional rifle, it features a 3-inch revolving cylinder, meaning this weapon may accept .454 Casull, .45 Colt, and .410 bore ammunition interchangeably.
  • Optionally, this weapon may also accept moon clips; specifically .460 Rowland/.45 ACP 6-round moon clips; in which case this weapon will accept .460 Rowland and .45 ACP ammunition interchangeably.
    • When loaded with a moon clip, this weapon will no longer accept .454 Casull, .45 Colt, or .410 bore ammunition; the moon clip prevents seating rimmed ammunition.
