The Groza-4's foregrip is deleted, and replaced by an integrated GP-30 underbarrel grenade launcher, improving the weapon's lethality at the cost of making the weapon a little heavier than normal.

Groza-4 SSR
This modification of the OTs-14 Groza-4 is designated SSR for Silent Sniper Rifle. The carrying handle is fitted with a 4x fixed power optic, transforming the Groza-4 into a unique, bullpup, silenced sniper rifle!
