A bar (also called a pub, saloon or a tavern, colloquially a watering hole) is an establishment specialized in selling various drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Bars are also highly social establishments, frequented by people from all walks of life and often serving as a town's gathering points. All towns have at least one bar, but larger towns may have two or even three bars.

Although not strictly considered an essential facility, every town in the Mazes has at least one bar.
