"The M14 lives in the shadow of two more popular platforms: the elder M1 Garand, a venerable weapon that many still swear by, and the M16 and its derivatives, arguably the trendsetter for the modern combat rifle. Where does this leave the M14? Well, it’s a dependable, select-fire battle rifle of wood and steel that uses an equally dependable, powerful cartridge in a 20-round magazine. If you’re looking for a full-auto option with more stopping power than 5.56, an M14 is a great place to start. And if wood and steel doesn't do it for you, look into the EBR modernization kit..."

Maze Customs

This weapon can receive the following minor customization services:

  • M14 LBR
  • M14 EBR Custom
    • Combination: M14 ELBR Custom

M14 LBR

An M14 converted to .260 Remington. The new caliber trades a minimal loss of performance for less recoil, and all without the need for new magazines!

Cost: Parallar symbol.png400

Modifications:

M14 EBR Custom

The M14 EBR Custom kit replaces the M14's old wood frame and stock with the EBR frame, made out of aluminium, steel, and polymer. It features a retractable stock, a pistol grip, and long accessory rails. In addition, a threaded barrel is installed, for compatibility with standard muzzle devices. The bayonet lug is preserved, so that you may still attach a bayonet if you so desire.

Cost: Parallar symbol.png600

Modifications:

  • Stock type: Becomes Retractable (RS).
  • Muzzle: Becomes Standard devices.
  • Optics: Becomes NATO mount.
  • Underbarrel mount: Becomes Long interface.
  • Lights: Becomes 2x Long interface.

M14 ELBR Custom

Combine the modularity of the EBR frame with the practicality of the .260 Remington cartridge to create a new breed of fighting rifle that truly puts the 'light' in 'Light Battle Rifle'.

This is a two-step modification from the original weapon, which combines the effects of the M14 LBR and M14 EBR Custom.
