The KBP OTs-33 Pernach (also called OTs-33 Pernach, OTs-33 or simply Pernach) is a 9x18mm Makarov auto pistol.

With this modification, the OTs-33 Pernach is fitted with a folding metal stock. When folded, the user can continue using the Pernach as they normally would; as a pistol. But when unfolded, the stock can be shouldered, and the Pernach can now behave (somewhat) like a real submachine gun, with much greater stability! Pair it with a 27-round magazine for the full experience!
