"The SVK-12 is best described as an enlarged derivative of the AK-12 rifles, and a sort of spiritual successor to the SVD. It is not an AK-12 proper, due to differences in the receiver, mainly to accomodate for the larger caliber. Functionally, however, these are the only notable differences. The SVK-12 looks, controls, and feels the same as an AK-12 (save perhaps for the recoil), and is just as reliable. A modern-day battle rifle for the modern-day fighter."

The IZHMASH Kalashnikov SVK-12 (also called Kalashnikov SVK-12 or simply SVK-12) is a 7.62x51mm NATO combat rifle.

This weapon can receive the following minor customization services:

  • Rechambering: SVK-12R and SVK-12 LBR

SVK-12R

You loved your old Dragunov, but you had to ditch it for something more modern, didn't you? With this modification, you can put your old SVD magazines to use again, but with all of the cool features the SVK-12 has to offer.

Modifications:

SVK-12 LBR

An SVK-12 converted to .260 Remington. The new caliber trades a minimal loss of performance for less recoil, and all without the need for new magazines!
