"The Mark VII is an earlier version of the Desert Eagle, notable for not featuring the accessory rail seen on the later Mark XIX models. However, unlike these more modern models, the Mark VII is special for being one of the only versions with an extra chambering besides the usual trifecta of .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum or .50 AE. In the Mark VII's case, it was... .41 Magnum, giving it the same capacity as its .44 counterpart: 8+1 rounds. Picture a Desert Eagle that develops power and recoil somewhere in between .357 and .44, and you get the gist of this one. Although the Desert Eagle continued being modernized and refined, the .41 chambering was eventually dropped, leaving the Mark VII as the only way to experience your favorite hand-cannon in .41 Magnum." |

The IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII (also called Desert Eagle Mark VII, Desert Eagle 41, or simply the Desert Eagle; sometimes nicknamed Deagle or DE) is a .41 Magnum pistol.

Maze Customs
This weapon can receive the following minor customization services:
- Desert Eagle Long Barrel 41
- Desert Eagle Double Rail 41
- Desert Eagle Rifle Package 41
- Combination: Desert Eagle DR/LB 41
Desert Eagle Long Barrel 41
Six inches not long enough for you? Install this extra-long, ten-inch barrel to give your .41 Magnum Desert Eagle an extra edge.
Modifications:
- Barrel length: Becomes 10 inches.
Desert Eagle Double Rail 41
Do you wish you could install a second light on your hand-cannon for a light or a laser? This modification drills and taps the underside of the frame to add one bottom rail ahead of the trigger guard.
Modifications:
- Lights: Becomes 1x Short interface.
Desert Eagle Rifle Package 41
The Desert Eagle has potential, but you wish it was more than just an impractical hand cannon. You wish you could put this semi-automatic magnum power to use in a platform that you can actually aim properly. Enter the Desert Eagle Rifle Package; a set of modifications which transform your DE pistol into a powerful semi-automatic carbine: namely, a retractable stock, two rails for lights and lasers, and a super-long, fourteen-inch threaded barrel. This is the ideal Desert Eagle package. You may not like it, but this is what peak Desert Eagle looks like.
NOTE: You may also convert a Long Barrel or a Double Rail to a Rifle Package; however, the effects will not be combined, as this modification already features accessory rails, and the barrel is replaced by a 14-inch model.
Modifications:
- Category: Becomes Conventional rifle.
- Weapon Class: Becomes Class 2.
- Barrel length: Becomes 14 inches.
- Stock type: Becomes Retractable (RS).
- Weight: Becomes 14 units.
- Muzzle: Becomes Standard devices.
- Lights: Becomes 2x Short interface.
Desert Eagle DR/LB 41
Yes, you can have a 10-inch barrel and a second rail on your hand cannon. Of course you can. Because it wasn't big or heavy enough.
This is a two-step modification from the original weapon, which combines the effects of the Desert Eagle Long Barrel 357 and Desert Eagle Double Rail 357 conversions.
Modifications:
- Barrel length: Becomes 10 inches.
- Lights: Becomes 1x Short interface.
