A Mk47-K Mutant converted to accept 5.45x39mm rounds, for those of you with a surplus of AK-74 magazines and a need to try a different firearm with them.

Mk74-K Freak FA
Don't freak out; the Freak can get in on the full-auto fun, too.
This is a two-step modification from the original weapon, which combines the effects of the Mk47-K FA and Mk74-K Freak conversions.
