A Bandit chief ("Bandit" is always capitalized) is a member of the Duster Bandits, acting as the leader of their group.

Being less an organization and more of a movement, Duster Bandits do not have a formal hierarchy; they instead form temporary squads, only organizing themselves into bandits and bandit chiefs for as long as their mutual agreement lasts.
