"SCAR stands for Special Combat Assault Rifle, but it's fine to just call it SCAR. The SCAR-H (Heavy) is the larger of the two SCAR rifles, and it is a lightweight, highly adaptable 7.62 NATO combat rifle, faturing a folding/retractable stock and several long accessory rails on all sides. Though it takes proprietary magazines, once you've had one of these in your hands, you will probably want to buy as many magazines and as much ammunition as possible!" |

The FN Herstal SCAR-H CQC (also called SCAR-H CQC, SCAR-H or just SCAR) is a 7.62x51mm NATO combat rifle.

Maze Customs
This weapon can receive the following minor customization services:
- Rechambering: SCAR-H CQC LBR and SCAR-H CQC OPFOR
- Barrel configuration: SCAR-H STD
- Combinations: SCAR-H STD LBR and SCAR-H STD OPFOR
SCAR-H CQC LBR
A SCAR-H 50.00 converted to .260 Remington. The new caliber trades a minimal loss of performance for less recoil, and all without the need for new magazines!
Modifications:
- Caliber: Becomes .260 Remington.
SCAR-H CQC OPFOR
The OPFOR modification for the SCAR-H replaces the lower receiver and the barrel, in order to make the rifle compatible with AK-47 magazines and the 7.62x39mm caliber.
Modifications:
- Caliber: Becomes 7.62x39mm.
- Feeding: Becomes AK-47 magazines.
SCAR-H STD
The STD (Standard) barrel configuration replaces the CQC 13 inch barrel with a 16 inch barrel. Though it makes the weapon heavier, it also means more damage, due to the increased muzzle velocity.
Modifications:
- Barrel length: Becomes 16 inches.
- Weight: Becomes 18 units.
SCAR-H STD LBR
Combine the advantages of the 16 inch barrel and the .260 Remington rechambering, and redefine the meaning of "Light Battle Rifle".
This is a two-step modification from the original weapon, which combines the effects of the SCAR-H CQC LBR and SCAR-H STD conversions.
Modifications:
- Caliber: Becomes .260 Remington.
- Barrel length: Becomes 16 inches.
- Weight: Becomes 18 units.
SCAR-H STD OPFOR
Combine the advantages of the 16 inch barrel and the compatibility with 7.62x39mm AK-47 magazines, and make AK owners jealous of you.
This is a two-step modification from the original weapon, which combines the effects of the SCAR-H CQC OPFOR and SCAR-H STD conversions.
Modifications:
- Caliber: Becomes 7.62x39mm.
- Barrel length: Becomes 16 inches.
- Weight: Becomes 18 units.
- Feeding: Becomes AK-47 magazines.
