Shaft Splitter is an ability and a combat technique.

Requirements

This ability is not initially available and must be unlocked. To unlock this ability, your character must purchase the Shaft Splitting lessons at a dojo.

Once unlocked, to be able to perform this combat technique, your character must be equipped with the following:

• An Archery weapon

Use

Shaft Splitter is the archery equivalent of Steady aiming. It allows you to aim carefully and accurately at the expense of speed.

A character performing this ability will spend the extra seconds necessary to ensure they will hit the target. When using this ability, the following effects are activated:

• FT -1
• Maximum shots per turn reduced to 1.
