The Pedersoli Howdah 45/410 (also called Perdersoli Howdah or simply Howdah) is a .45 Colt pistol with 3 inch chambers.

Other information

• These weapons are equipped with a 3 inch chamber, allowing them to also accept .410 bore ammunition. However, when loaded with .410 bore ammunition, an FT+1 malus is automatically applied due to certain limitations:
  • Projectiles from multi-projectile .410 shells (buckshot, flechette...) will spread wider, as they are fired from a rifled barrel, therefore making them less accurate than a smoothbore.
  • .410 slugs do not engage the rifling of this weapon, instead relying entirely on the shot cup for spin stabilization; therefore making them less accurate than a "proper" bullet.
