"Though it doesn't have much name-recognition today, the Madsen machine gun was one of the first "true" light machine guns, and one of the most battle-proven of its time. Employing a top-feeding system, and fed from 30-round box magazines, the 7.92mm Madsen is capable of semi-automatic or fully-automatic fire, and it is borderline ridiculously reliable. When used in full-auto, the Madsen has a relatively low rate of fire, though given how much recoil 7.92x57 produces, you'll be thankful it's not MG42 fast."
