The '''Syndicate leadership''' is a general term referring to the small group of people that are considered to be in the upper echelons of the [[Yatela Crime Syndicate]]'s hierarchy.
= Organization =
The Syndicate's leadership is composed of the Don, his Consigliere, and a number of Underbosses (also simply called Bosses) that nominally work for the Don, but usually have a certain degree of autonomy.
Currently, the Syndicate's leadership is entirely composed of members of the Yatela family; the Consigliere is the Don's first cousin, and all of the underbosses are siblings of the Don. Each also runs their own town, with the exception of the Consigliere, whose role is to be a trusted advisor to the Don.
