Ores

Metal ores contain, as the name suggests, valuable metals.
All metal Unusually for items in the Mazes, all ore bundles have the following properties:* Mineral name* Ore type a listed mass in grams, and percentage value a corresponding Weight (this percentage represents the actual percentage content in inventory Weight units). For every 5 grams of the * A rarity indicatormass, an ore bundle gains 0.01 Weight units; From lowest to highest rarity: cheaptherefore, common, rare500 grams of ore has a Weight of 1, or very rare* A mass in and 1000 grams* of ore has a Weight in Weight unitsof 2.
The exact value of a metal ore bundle depends on its mass and its composition. For example, genericitehematite is listed as a an silver iron ore (8670%), meaning that 8670% of the that ore bundle's mass is made out of silveriron. A 800 gram bundle of genericite would therefore be made out of (0.86 70 x 800) = 688 560 grams of silver iron ore. It could be exchanged for the monetary value of 688 560 grams of silveriron, or for a 500 gram silver iron bar plus the monetary value of 188 60 grams of silveriron.
Valuable elements
This table lists all of the valuable elements that can be found within the ores in the Mazes, alongside their value per kilogram, and whether or not they belong to the Primary or Secondary category. Primary elements can be exchanged for either metal ingots or money, whereas secondary elements can only be exchanged for money. {| class="wikitable sortable" style="font-size:10pt"|-! == List of metal ores ==
This table lists all of the types of metal ores that can be found while mining in the Mazes. Legend:* Ore of: Element type that this ore is mined for. (wipE.g.: Hematite is iron ore.)* %: Percentage value; what mass percentage of the listed element ("ore of") is found within one given ore bundle of that type. This in turn determines an ore bundle's value.** E.g.: Hematite is made out of 70% iron, therefore 70% of the mass of any hematite ore bundle is iron.* Rarity: Rarity indicator; cheap, common, rare, or very rare.* per kg: Value of one kilogram (1000 grams) of this ore when exchanged for money at an ore bank. {| class="wikitable sortable" style="font-size:9pt"|-!
