Withering cloud
Withering clouds are clouds of noxious black smoke, inducing a magic syndrome that causes the Blood of all living creatures breathing it to degenerate and wither away, effectively causing them inflicting an effect similar to bleeding but without open wounds.
* Engulfs an entire Side of the battlespace, affecting every creature inside.
* A regular success will result in the normal effects of the withering cloud occurring.
* A failure still results in a withering cloud occurring, but for only 1 turn instead of the normal amount.
* A critical failure results in the withering bball ball disintegrating before it can create a withering cloud, thus failing entirely.

One of the more esoteric and overtly magical types of creatures is the undead. Baffling biologists and the scientific community until their magical origins could be ascertained, undead creatures are defined as being "dead bodies or collections of dead body parts, that have been reanimated through magical means." The specific type of magic that leads to the creation of undead creatures is known as necromancy.
A lich is a skeleton that has survived for a long while, and has absorbed some of the necromantic energy that initially animated it. In doing so, they gained certain powers, such as the withering ball as used by shinigami, and the frostblast of the draken. By association with these techniques, liches are commonly associated to the cold, and symbols of coldness.
Liches are markedly more intelligent and cunning than regular skeletons or lesser undead creatures. They have a greater tactical sense, will take cover, aim for unarmored body parts, and even retreat when necessary. As such, they tend to be better equipped than skeletons, and serve as the most powerful allies that can serve a necromancer.
All of the same weaknesses that skeletons suffer from also apply to liches, but you must be careful not to underestimate them. They are overall tougher, faster, more capable, and have better tactical senses. Because liches (like other undead) are only interested in killing the living to create more bodies for necromancers to turn, they cannot pacified or reasoned with.
