If a creature takes Splash damage from an explosion (in other words, they were on the same Side as a targeted creature), they will receive the following:
* [[Pain]] equal to the amount dealt to the Target
* No limb damage
* Any additional effects such as shrapnel, fire, etc. applied as normal
