Dual wielding

If two suitable weapons are equipped and declared as being dual-wielded (or any equivalent term, such as "used akimbo", "two-weaponing", etc.), the following effects apply:
* Your Initiative Speed while dual-wielding is equal to the IS of both weapons added together.
** Example: If you dual wield a Glock 17 (Weight 3) and a KA-BAR (Weight 3), your IS is equal to 6 (3 + 3).
** Example 2: Following up on the above, if your Glock 17 was modified at Maze Customs with an integrated reflex sight, that weapon's IS drops to 2, therefore dual-wielding it with a KA-BAR brings your IS to 5 (2 + 3).
** Example 3: If you dual-wield the Glock 17 with a reflex sight and the KA-BAR while under the effects of moderate Stress, then all weapons you carry are subjected to an extra IS tier -1 effect, bringing the Glock's IS down to 1 and the KA-BAR's to 2, therefore bringing your IS while dual-wielding down to 3.
* Each weapon can be individually used to aim at a particular target, effectively allowing the dual-wielding character to use two weapons in the same turn.
* The dual-wielding character sustains a FT +1 malus; less accuracy is the price for using two weapons.
