Navigation: Main Page Game mechanics Abilities Desperate Smash

Desperate Smash is an ability and a combat technique.

Description

It's nothing more than hitting the enemy harder and more violently, with disregard for your own weapon's integrity (or your own safety). Not much else to say.

Requirements

This ability is not initially available and must be unlocked. To unlock this ability, your character must reach Expert level in the Crude weapons combat skill.

Once unlocked, to be able to perform this combat technique, your character must be equipped with the following:

  • Any weapon belonging to the Crude weapon category.

Use

If you meet the skill and weapon requirements, you may perform Desperate Smash, which will result in the following:

  • Reduces the maximum amount of hits per turn to 1.
  • On a successful hit: 1.5x Pain and Limb damage
  • Weapon loses 100 Condition per successful hit with this ability active. Beware, as it may result in the damage, if not destruction, of the weapon used.
