Changes
Modifications to existing LBE:
* Blackhawk LRAK Gunner kit: Renamed to Gunner chest rig. Food pouch can now contain any food item.
* M1956 Webbing: Food pouch can now contain any food item.
* ALICE Mark 2: Renamed to Alice backpack. Capacity becomes 30 units. Previous special capacities are deleted. Gains 3 special capacities: Extra storage 1 (any items, 10 units), Extra storage 2 (any items, 10 units), and Extra storage 3 (any items, 10 units)
* Blackhawk 3-Day assault pack: Renamed to Assault pack. Capacity becomes 45 units. Gains 1 special capacity: Extra storage 1 (any items, 30 units).
