Gew98 NATO

Do you enjoy your old Gewehr 98 or the Mauser action but wish it was in a slightly more common caliber? With this conversion, your classic rifle can now use 7.62x51mm NATO. Now, when people try to correct you after saying it's ".30 caliber", you can correct them right back. As a bonus, this mod is compatible with the stripper clip for the Ishapore 2A1.

Gew98 SAR

You must be a weirdo who really enjoys 7.92mm Kurz.

Modifications:

• Caliber: Becomes 7.92x33mm Kurz.

Gew98 Trench

This modification removes the original floorplate, and installs a large internal magazine body, spring, and floorplate, extending the capacity from 5 rounds to 25 rounds. This is still a non-detachable magazine; you will still need loose rounds or stripper clips to reload it. Don't bust your thumbs!

Gew98 NATO Trench

This modification turns your Gewehr 98 into a 25-shot .308 bolt-action rifle. People will think you're crazy. But they don't have a 25-shot .308 bolt-action rifle. Like the original Gew98 NATO modification, this is compatible with the Ishapore stripper clips.

This is a two-step modification from the original weapon, which combines the effects of the Gew98 NATO and Gew98 Trench conversions.
