The Manurhin MR 73 (also simply called MR 73) is a .357 Magnum revolver.

This unique modification turns your sensible revolver into a pocket sniper! The barrel is lengthened to 8 inches, a necessity to accommodate for the bipod and the 3x scope. Ballistically, you won't see much of a difference. Practically, however, putting bullets into the bullseye (or the actual eyes of your enemies) has never felt more satisfying!
