Many rumors and stories circulate around what might be inside each unit. Some believe the facility in [[Ovis CityViris Area]] contains a huge arsenal of weapons and ammunition so the [[Yatela Syndicate]] can go to war - others think they contain the facility in [[Ovis City]] contains a treasure trove of food, meds, clothing, armor and more to survive a societal collapse. Some believe the [[Echizen]] facility is used to torture prisoners or extract information. Of course, they're just rumors... What these units really contain, and whether your players are likely to see it, is up to you!
