The '''town jail''' (or simply '''jail''') is a facility designed to detain and interrogate prisoners. It is operated by a town's local [[Town Security]] (TownSec), and is located directly underneath the [[town hall]]. The only way to access the town jail is to use one of the vertiports in the town hall; the access of which is usually restricted (see the [[town hall]] article for details).
It is an essential facility; one is guaranteed in each town in the Mazes.
