Changes

A community's Security Chief is appointed by the local [[Mayor]], usually the most senior or most experienced [[Guard]] available, effectively making them their local community's second most important person. They  TownSec Chiefs are in charge of assigning orders, posts, and duties to their subordinate [[Guard|Guards]], supervising the security of the entire town or intersection, and answer only to the local [[Mayor]]. They also manage the town's local jail, placing them in charge of managing and processing the local [[prisoner|prisoners]]. In effecttowns under Standard Law, the Security Chief jail duty is usually a communitymore limited, reduced to simply keeping watch of prisoners before they are transferred to the Police's second most important person in chargecustody.
