The Town Entrance is the section of a town facing the Uncivilized Area. Passing through the Town Entrance is required to enter and exit the town. The southern exits lead to the UA, while the northern exit links to the Social Square, the eastern exit leads to the Generator facility, and the western exit points to the Water facility.

At the center of the Town Entrance is the Town Gate, where members of the local Town Security may be found guarding the town's entrance and monitoring who enters and who leaves.

Gap corridor

When coming out of the UA and entering a town, the gap corridor is the room they enter. It serves as a "safe zone"; it is no longer the UA and technically part of a town, but it is located before the Town Gate. If one does not wish to get past the Town Gate and enter the town proper, staying in the Gap corridor is usually a safe option.

The temporary-use lockers are generally empty and possess no locking mechanism. Their purpose is to temporarily stash clothing and equipment while taking a shower, protecting them from water and humidity.

Town Gate
