Taser cartridges are self-contained units designed for use in electroshock weapons. They contain a powerful battery capable of generating a current of 26 watt and 50000 volts, a pair of telescopic prongs which can be 'fired' at a distance of up to 25 meters, provided the cartridge is loaded into a weapon compatible with this system. Other weapons may simply use the taser cartridge as a battery to power their own stun prongs.
