Changes
To be '''eligible''' for police protection, a town must meet the following requirements:
* Not be affiliated with, or under the control of, a group or faction designated as a criminal organization.
** This disqualifies the [[Youkai Nation]], any town controlled by the [[Yatela Crime Syndicate]], and as well as [[Gimrun]] (being under the control of the [[Guild of Silver Larceners]]).* Not be affiliated with, or under the control of, a group or faction which considers itself independent or part of a separate territory, even without known criminal activity.** This disqualifies any town controlled by the [[Youkai Nation]].
* Be willing to enforce all rules and laws outlined in Standard Law
* Be willing to let the [[Maze Police]] handle the processing of arrested suspects
