Raven City is a very small town located in the Northwestern Zone.
Raven City is a tiny settlement, located deep in the Northwestern Zone. It can only be accessed by reaching Station Delta then traveling west.
The local population largely consists of humans and halflings, with only a tiny fraction of youkai. A combination of factors - namely, the town's very remote location and the obligation of traveling through a military town to reach it - are believed to be responsible for keeping youkai from moving to Raven City.
Interestingly, the local facility is a laboratory that is officially owned by the Medical Science Team, despite it not being a hospital. The laboratory does not officially disclose its activities, but it is widely believed to be a research and development facility for the development of new drugs and substances. Even more interestingly, Raven City has a hotel, the Blackfeather Hostel. It is unknown how this hotel is capable of turning a profit at all, but it has remained open since the town's foundation, in spite of it all.
