A Police Sergeant is a member of the [[Maze Police]], and the commanding officer of a ''police squad'', in charge of 8 subordinate [[Police officer|officers]]. They may also request the formation of a ''tactical team'' of 5 [[SRT Officer|SRT officers]] to their superiors, should the situation require it.
Within the Police hierarchy, sergeants rank above regular [[police officer|police officers]] and [[SRT Officer|SRT officers]] and under that of [[Police Detective|Detective]].
