If you submit a compatible weapon to Maze Customs for a Major mod, and apply at least one modification, that weapon will be renamed to '''Custom <family>''', with "<family>" being replaced by your weapon's corresponding family, even if the resulting combination of modifications would effectively replicate another base model of the same family.
