Demonic creatures are employees of Hell, Inc., the Demonic faction.

Maldukes are the evolved form of cacobarons. They are even taller and heavier than their previous form, averaging at 6 feet 6 inches and 240 pounds. Their overall constitution is both wide and very muscular, their horns are longer and more curved, and they now possess a pair of functional bat-like wings, similar to that of a cubus. The skin tones of a malduke are brighter and more vivid than most other demonic creatures, ranging between crimson and scarlet. Maldukes are very sharply-dressed and tend to take great pride in looking as classy and business-oriented as possible. The typical attire of a malduke consists of a black business suit over a red office shirt (tie optional), black office pants, and black leather shoes. Certain maldukes are seen wearing shades, which are either red-tinted aviators or black round glasses.

Being the natural evolution of a cacobaron, the malduke is stronger and tougher in every way. Their bodies are equivalent in damage resistance to heavy armor, with appropriate bullet-resistant properties, and is described as very stiff and dense, as though it was a suit of armor with a layer of skin and flesh. The malduke's offensive capabilities have also improved; this creature has access to three types of demonic powers, including the extremely powerful Hell-gating technique. Though maldukes tend to prefer using subordinates to fight in their stead, they are impressive fighters in their own right, with advanced proficiency in all weapons and very high strength, which lends itself to a melee-focused style. Although maldukes can use a wide variety of firearms and other types of weapons, their signature weapon is the battle axe.

Within the demonic hierarchy, they are classified as Echelon 4 or Supervisors, above cacobarons, vampires and dark maidens, equal in rank to incinerators, and under archdaemons. As high-ranking demonic creatures, they are rarely seen on the field. Most of the time, maldukes are responsible for leading and coordinating cacobarons and their own groups of subordinates, but some may instead serve as direct superiors to vampires and dark maidens.

Only a very small amount of individuals may reach the amount of experience required to advance to the final growth stage; the archdaemon.
