The M203PI is an underbarrel grenade launcher designed to fire 40mm NATO grenades. PI stands for "Product Improvement", as it aimed to be a modernized version of the M203. It is most notable for not requiring a proprietary mount like most other underbarrel weapons, but instead being compatible with underbarrel rails of sufficient length.
