Janitors usually operate in towns and intersections, where the need to keep rooms clean and livable is the highest; however, they are also frequently dispatched into the UA, particularly to clean rooms on frequently-traveled roads.
Janitors are either headquartered in a particular town's [[cleaning facility ]] or a [[hotel]]. Some work at [[rest stop|rest stops]] in intersections, and a rare few others work in [[duplex villa|villas]], for the towns that have them. In both all cases, the facility they work at is usually managed by their direct superior, the [[head janitor]].
