Colloquially, a feline halfling may be referred to as a ''catperson'' (the terms ''catboy'' and ''catgirl'' are also frequently employed). On average, they are shorter and leaner than humans, with an average height of 5 feet 3 inches, and an average weight of 140 pounds for males, and 115 pounds for females. Like humans, however, the actual height and weight may vary greatly between individuals.
Although omnivorous, feline halflings tend to have a preference for meat, fish and seafood. Despite their slitted eyes, feline halfling eyesight is no different from that of humans, meaning they do not possess natural night vision. They do, however, possess greater natural agilityand a sense for adventure. Many catpersons have had successful careers as mercenaries, though it is not known whether it is due to some type of natural talenthunters, or simply because cat-persons are leaner and thus better suited adventurers, and many enjoy traversing the Uncivilized Area's hardest and most dangerous paths simply for feats the thrill of agilityit.
