A farmer is a worker who specializes in traditional agriculture. Farmers can be found in three types of facilities; the artificial light farm, traditional land farm, or the traditional sea farm.

The job of a farmer is to raise crops and animals for food and raw materials, which are then sold to various other people and businesses, such as factories or restaurants.

Although there is no formal hierarchy among farmers, the oldest and/or most experienced is usually the person in charge of the facility, with the responsibility of overseeing other farmers, selecting crops and animals, and training new staff. Farmers are also armed at all times and have the responsibility of defending their workplace from invaders, such as hungry critters or raiders looking to steal food.
