Chimpanzee

On average, they reach a height of about 4 feet when standing upright, and weigh between 90 and 130 pounds. Their bodies are covered in brown or black hair, their feet resemble hands, and they do not possess tails. Chimpanzees are reputed for their agility and dexterity; their hand-shaped feet are just as dexterous as their "true" hands, which they use for grabbing and manipulating objects, or for climbing and hanging off of surfaces.

Although biological testing has revealed that all primates are true omnivores, chimpanzees, just like gorillas, have a heavy preference for fresh fruits supplemented with plants and herbs. This diet is where the stereotype of the banana-eating monkey comes from.
These creatures have a notorious reputation for being mischievous and prone to thievery. They are not afraid of sapients, and react to invasions of their personal space or territory by emitting loud screams and agitated gestures. If given the opportunity, a chimpanzee will not hesitate to grab onto an adventurer's gear, to try to take an object from them. Sometimes, it can be as innocuous as a hat or a pendant, but more aggressive chimpanzees have been known to try and steal tactical vests, utility belts, weapons right out of their holsters, slings or scabbards, or even the very clothes that are on a person's back - with a surprising degree of success.
