Agility (sometimes shortened to Agi) is a statistic. It is expressed as a numeric value with a + or - prefix (if 0, it is written as +0). Agility cannot go higher than +4, and it cannot go lower than -4.
The main purposes of Agility are to affect a character's chances of successfully taking cover, escaping, and performing Evading abilities. See those pages for more details.
