The exact set of traits and details should be discussed between the GM and players. Custom clothing is ultimately subject to the GM's approval. They also have the power to add effects they feel would be appropriate.
* Example 1: If the piece of clothing is very revealing or does nothing to protect the wearer's modesty, it could [[standard lawsStandard Law|violate exhibitionism laws]].
* Example 2: If the piece of clothing has written statements, particularly if they're aimed at a particular major figure or a faction, such as "I shit on Colonel Wight", it could piss off members of the [[Military]] angry on sight.
