* Tops, bottoms, and footwear with an Armor Class of A2 or more should be either refused or made extra expensive.
* Clothing with the ''Powered'' effect should not be made available immediately; it is recommended to make unlocking this a quest reward, or at the very least make it very expensive (adding several tens of thousands to the price should be fair)
